Purchased our home in October 2020, previous owner had Batson replace the roof in 2018. Immediately upon moving in we found that they shingled over the dryer vent and put the vent hood over that completely blocking the vent!?!? July 2021 had massive leak through the roof. Fast forward to 2025 the roof needed to be replaced. When the shingles were removed found numerous holes in the roof. So maybe they just had a bad day or something, but the roof on our home from 2018 had to be fully replaced.

After calling twice, I received a call back from the office. I was told I was scheduled for a roof inspection for approximately a week later. I stayed home the day of and no one showed up. No one has reached out since.
