Can’t say enough about Gulf Coast. They helped me find a good roofer in my area and helped me along the way to get my new metal roof. Love the warranty!! I’m a huge fan.

Contractors and homeowners beware of this company. Not recommended. They lied about their warranties. If you want a warranty go to a different company. There are plenty of stand up Metal Roofing Suppliers in this area who won't lie to you. If you are a contractor or even a homeowner do not let this happen to you. They will tell you they will then once the project is completed won't issue the warranty. You have been warned.

I recently had the privilege of attending the Contractor's Advantage™️ Factory Training with Gulf Coast Supply in Columbia, SC, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The event spanned two days, with each day dedicated to a different aspect of metal roofing installation. This training is an absolute must for installers and foremen looking to enhance their metal roofing skills! The instructors, Paul, Mike, and Jared, were knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely passionate about ensuring every participant understood the material and felt comfortable applying the techniques learned. Their expertise and dedication to teaching were evident throughout the training sessions.

Purchased a roof from this company about 5 +/- years ago and the screws are rusting out and the black washers are gone. I have called 4 or 5 times in the past 3 or 4 weeks to speak with a sales rep but every time I call the reps are all busy. I called both the Alachua and the Newberry locations and left a message for a call back each time but I have yet to hear from them. I have decided to locate another supplier because I need to get the roof leaks resolved. The original issue with the roof was likely an issue with the original installers, but Gulf Coast's customer service is non existent. I want to buy new screws but cant seem to find anybody who actually has the time to sell me some. Not a great business plan in my opinion, but what do I know?

We placed an order a couple months ago because we needed something quick and they were able to provide a quote and get our order produced just under a weeks time. We picked it up to save the delivery fee. Highly recommend.
