Does it cost anything to list?
Listing is free. The first 100 eligible, approved Partner applications receive one complimentary 12-month Partner term. It does not renew automatically; after the term, the company may choose Partner at $199/year. Gold is $99/month or $990/year (two months free). We verify your Florida license first, and if it does not check out you pay nothing.
How is my license verified?
We check the license number you provide against the Florida DBPR record to confirm it is active and in good standing. Only verified, active licensees go live and earn the verified badge.
What does Partner include?
