Four Corners Home Inspection is the best in Central Florida! From the initial call (and yes, they picked up on the first ring) to the communication leading up to our scheduled appointment, everything has been amazing. Grant came out on Memorial Day to inspect our future home and performed a very thorough assessment. We were highly impressed with how comprehensive and detailed he was throughout the entire inspection process. During the last 30 minutes, we were invited to walk through the home with him so he could personally review his findings, answer our questions, and explain the next steps. He explained everything clearly and even gave us a tour of several areas of minor concern so we fully understood what was going on. After the inspection, Grant also emailed us a very detailed report with explanations and photos, which was extremely helpful. The communication from both the inspector and the administrative team was excellent from start to finish. We will definitely hire Grant and Four Corners Home Inspection again. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure working with Grant on our new home inspection. His inspection was thorough, honest, and reliable. He even took the time to go over the report even though I couldn't be present at the inspection in person. The report is also in a detailed portal, and you can download a pdf to send to all necessary third parties. He was also quick to amend one of the reports when we noticed an error. We alsp appreciate that he's readily available by text, and very responsive. I would trust Grant and the rest of his team with any future home inspection needs. Highly recommend!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Firstly the scheduling process and open communication from Kathy and Grant made choosing them for the job tremendously easy. They took all the time to accommodate all my wife’s and i’s questions from start to finish. The website is very simple, user friendly and provides transparent pricing. Both Grant and Kirk left no detail out with their inspection reports. Everything is organized and simple to view. Within the same day I’ve received copies of the reports/findings which was a pleasant surprise. Grant and Kirk treated this inspection with the utmost respect. Buying a house is a nerve racking enough, Grant and his team made it super easy and they explained the process and were in communication from when we made the appointment to many times prior the appointment. The inspection was thorough and his report was very very detailed !!! Most importantly they stayed true to there word through the process. I was worried about getting the report because in the past I was always told 3-5 business days, Grant was able to get the report out like he said before End of business day. Blown away, I will be booking and post purchase inspection, and will be using Grant for any and all future purchases. Me and my wife are beyond pleased !!!
