A Bob For Every Job

Stopped in today to get a return line on my edger repaired. Told Bob I’d be happy to leave it to get it repaired. He said it would take him longer to write the ticket so he repaired it on the spot, which was amazing and only charged me a couple of bucks. Love supporting small businesses like this. Couldn’t ask for better service from a really nice guy. I’m a customer for life now.

It's easy to see why these guys stay so busy! Reliable, honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. I'm always taken care of and given loads of maintenance tips. If you don't have the patience to wait your turn, you'll have to try your luck somewhere else. It's just two guys working as fast as they can to get the many jobs they have done, while also selling parts and mowers, answering phone calls, and taking care of the rest of us. I have no clue how Bob finds the time to work on equipment! Even more impressive is that Bob keeps a smile on his face and a friendly, patient tone almost round the clock. I have witnessed people asking for advice so they can try to repair their own stuff, with a line out the door of us waiting to drop off or pick up equipment. Bob did his best to answer (which is no easy feat if you can't even see the equipment to diagnose!), and was SO patient even though the guy wasn't listening or taking the hint. While it's true that you can't please everyone, Bob does right by people and I'm grateful he's still in business.

Based on good reviews I took my lawn mower and weed wacker to Bob for servicing. Bob gave me an estimated turn around time and he was on point. I found Bob to be a very pleasant and knowledgeable person on the service that he provides. I will definitely recommend him to others who need this type of service. Thank you Bob! It was a pleasure dealing with you and continue to keep up the good work!

My mower broke beyond repair so I was hunting a new/used one. Quick Google search and found Bob's was real close by. Stopped by and they were out of used mowers (I checked others and same story) but they had new ones for sale. I've already price checked the big box stores so I know how pricey they can be. I feel like I got a fair deal on a brand new mower. But what impressed me was how much detail and advice I received on my new purchase. All my questions were answered fully. This was my first visit and I will be bringing my new purchase for service to keep it running properly. I didn't catch the name of who helped me but he was fantastic.

What a great lawnmower repair shop!!! The gentleman came out look at my push mower...pulled out a return spring for the carburetor, and away I wemt all within five minutes. Previously, I had driven to six different repair shops.... know-one could supply a return spring. Thank you for being the real deal
