A-First Choice Roofing

I would highly recommend this company. Mike didn’t just come in with a price and push me to buy. They explained every aspect of what goes into replacing my roof. To me he didn’t come off as a sales person but more so somebody who just came inform me and help me to decide the best choice for me and my family.

I just got my roof done by this company. I now have a gutter that doesn't line up and bubbles in my shingles. I've asked nicely to fix my concerns. The inspector tried to lie saying its common and it needs to heat up. I told him I didn't feel that was true and wanted the areas replaced. He then told me the company has 48hours to respond. This was on a Monday at 5pm. No call and they showed up on Sunday (speaking no English). Not to mention I'm a nurse 3rd shift they have been told dozens of times to call and schedule a appointment so not sleeping for work. The issues were not fixed. They were trying to beg my boyfriend to tell the boss on the phone if looks good. My bf refused. The inspector text me on Monday saying he wants to come get the check that my bf approved the repairs. I text back telling him his information was not correct the roof looked worse and the gutter was not fixed. I said you want 20,000 from me then I expect it to get done right. He then asked if I was paying outta pocket or a insurance claim. I said what does that matter? He was rude and unprofessional. I then told him send the owner of A first choice roofing and see if he approves the roof? Don't send out another subcontractor that doesn't speak English or that keeps making things worse. After reading the BBB reviews I'm glad I held on to the money. They won't get a dime from me until it's done correctly. I have not heard anything back from them at this time. At this point I don't trust them. They hire and contract out and I'm not sure the roofers are even licensed. I attached some photos of the bubbling in roof and the gutter not lining up

I just had my roof replace by A First Choice Roofing. I had a great experience from the sales estimate to the roof being replaced. All parties were professional and prompt. The communication was excellent. The roof took 2 days and when the crew left the first day they did an excellent job of cleaning up. The day it was finished again, they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them if you need a roof.

I've waited long to leave this review because I was actually giving a business time to get there stuff together if they were having a bad day. But now I've waited a while and I can say that this is truly probably the most unprofessional business I've EVER dealt with. Communication is the worst and they give constant excuses for subpar work. Roof was installed in Feb 2021 and I've had nothing but issues from the start. The laborers that do the roof install don't care and rip like they're trimming trees. Take a look at the photos I attached for example. Only to discover an obvious roof leak from the interior later in the year. Trying to get the roof leak handled now and still can't even get someone to show up at an agreed upon appointment time. It's like they don't even consider the roof of your home to be important. They don't want to work around customers with work schedules. They want the customer to work around them and still don't know how to show up for a scheduled appointment when one is finally made. Only giving two stars because there's an actual roof on my house...you don't want the future problems with this company though. ***Update 2022*** In November 11/2021 First Choice sub-contracted another company who came out and stated that they did not see any further leakage from the roof. They primed and painted the affected areas on the interior of my home. Fast forward to present and the same water leakage (ceiling stain) has appeared in the same exact spot. Presently going through the hassle of trying to communicate with the company again. Ridiculous

John did a great job soft washiny my roof. Also surprisingly affordable compared to others I have looked up. Would definitely use for other projects in the future.
