Why I recommend A to Z Roofing & Waterproofing for your next roofing job! I was told by several roofing contractors working in my neighborhood that I needed a new roof. I heard about A to Z Roofing & Waterproofing on the radio so I gave them a call. The estimator visited and said I didn’t need a new roof yet, just a few minor repairs. The roofers came at the appointed time and made the repairs. The honesty and integrity was greatly welcomed and appreciated! That is why I will call A to Z Roofing & Waterproofing when it is time for my roof replacement.
We were in a tough spot with our developer and warranty company regarding a roof leak. We are thankful for the hands-on approach led by Mr. Chuck and his A to Z roofing team. They added merit and value to our concerns, immediately responded, and worked on a resolution. It was refreshing to deal with a company that prioritized our safety and the safety of our home. Finally, we were no longer treated as a warranty issue. We appreciate Mr. Chuck’s integrity and the integrity of A to Z as well as their professionalism and commitment to get our roof repaired. Although I haven't gone forward with any services yet, I would just like to say that Chuck, Sonia, and Rebecca have been the most polite and attentive people any consumer would want to interact with. Chuck the owner personally went out on very short notice to look at my roof and gave me an instant assessment. The courteousness is just stellar and so refreshing. I look forward to working with them very soon!
I would like to rate them higher but I have had several skylights they installed leak through the flashing,some twice. Roof was new in 2017 and should not be leaking. Early on they addressed my concerns for free but now charge pretty hefty fees for any leaks. I have had several homes with new roofs and never leaks till this one. In addition the end caps were not sealed with concrete and I had to install wire fabric to close them off ( not nice looking job)
