This company cold calls business unsolicited to try to gain business, even if you are on the national do not call list. Also, per Florida statute 501.059, (g) “Prior express written consent” means a written agreement that: 1. Bears the signature of the called party; Therefore by not having prewritten consent, they are breaking Florida laws in attempt to get business. Very poor practice.

I also received an unsolicited voicemail message from this company. Asking me to call Melissa back. As if I had some kind of relationship with this roofing company. They won't even be straight in the voicemail message that it's a marketing call. I can't believe anyone would ever use a company that would do this. Hint. Even if they were good. It's a line crossed. It reeks of desperation.

Edit : Just received another call after requesting 4 previous times to be placed on their "do not call" list. Have received multiple unsolicited calls (labeled as potential spam) from this company. My phone number is on the national "Do Not Call" listing and I have asked them every time they've contacted me, to take my number off of their list and to not continue to call. Poor business practices with condescending telemarketers. I would not recommend anyone using this company.

Cold calling local roofing contractors offering roof inspection services for leaks. Then tried to verify our address when I turned her down. Red flags couldn't be more visible on this one. Three Thumbs Down

Advanced Commercial Roofing calls our commercial tenants across Central Florida soliciting roof work and inspections, and then contacts us when the tenants direct them our way as landlord. I get multiple solicitation calls throughout the year from them, not to mention the various tenants calling questioning it. I even had an instance where they intercepted a true roof leak and when the tenant followed up with us, stated well I told your roofer that called... This company goes about it wrong and felt the need to share to let others know. For this reason I will not use them.
