The construction schedule was clearly laid out during pre-construction planning, and the project tracked that schedule with few revisions. What revisions there were were rain-out delays. The project manager communicated effectively. Had weekly Owner-Contractor meetings. Had end-of-week progress reports with pictures. The crew foreman was absolutely a professional roofing systems expert. He ran than crew and that schedule meticulously.
