I tried to do business with this company. My mother dealt with Tim and had rave reviews for him. After it rained I called because I had water pouring through a light fixture and 9 lines of water on the ceiling. After I told her ( I think her name was Michelle) she took my information. She then told me I was all set and the estimator would contact me. She told me to give him at least a month. I understand that after the hurricane there are long waiting times and I do not have a problem waiting my turn. I asked her what I should do about the water coming into the house. Was there a way to get someone over to at least fix it so I did not have water coming in the house. Her response was I should get some buckets. She said she knew it sounding strange but that it really was going to stop raining soon. From my understanding this company does awesome work and are very good at what they do, but unfortunately I did not get the awesome service that apparently others got. I understand that because of the hurricane that many if not all roofing companies are very overworked. I had some tell me that they were very sorry but that they would not be able to get to me for a week or two and even recommending a few other places to call because they know how important it is to get at least a temporary fix done right away. She told me to get some buckets!

We had some missing shingles and a cracked vent pipe boot that needed repair after Ian. Since we had Affordable install the roof 9 years ago we called them and asked for service. Not only did they come in a timely manner but they also made all the repairs and didn't charge us because the boot was still under warranty. We couldn't have asked for better service from a roofing company, especially in the aftermath of a hurricane. They are the best!

We replaced our roof this year and had Mike Marcocci guided us through the process. He was extremely professional and helpful. He kept in contact with us from beginning to end. The estimate came in spot onto the overall job. We are so extremely glad we went with Affordable Roofing in Cape Coral and Mike. Thanks for a job well done! I would definitely recommend!

The hurricane in the fall of last year caused severe damage to my roof. My insurer decided it was not responsible for replacing the roof so I called Affordable Roofing and talked to Jon Leonard. I asked him how much it would cost. He sent his roofers out. They were very professional. The job was completed in a couple of days. I waited for the bill but instead, I received a text from him that there was no charge and that if the insurance company did decide to pay, to keep the money for the kids and me. I was absolutely overwhelmed by his generosity. I got a beautiful roof for zero cost because of this kind and generous man! If you want quality roofing and professional roofers, call Affordable Roofing. Once they are done with the job, they haul away all debris. Try them! You will be glad you did!

They replaced my roof in April so I could lower my insurance rates. I paid, not my insurance. The workers were professional but the woman who answered the Cape Coral line was rude and actually lied. Fast forward to today. My roof is 6 months old and I received hurricane damage, not much but some. It took forever to get through to them and when I did, all they did was take my name and number saying they would call me back to schedule someone to come look. They really weren't doing repairs at this time but since I was a customer they would look. I know this is an act of God, but there should be some sort of warranty on a new roof. Other homes in my area who had new roofs put on did not lose one shingle. I did not sustain much damage to my home at all so it's not like massive tornado came through. I am extremely disappointed with this company right now. The least they could do is come look.
