It is rare to find a company now a days that you can actually say it was a pleasure to do a business with. Affordable Roofing is such a company. Dimitri and Ion are really great guys and are actually concerned about doing the best for you. Simone and Tiffany in the office are wonderful. They actually are there for you and get things done efficiently, accurately and in a very caring way. The guys who work for them did a terrific job. One or two of them were actually singing while they were working. My roof came out great and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Affordable Roofing.

This review is long overdue but no less outstanding in the experience I enjoyed (not a term normally referred to in roof replacement) with Affordable Rooftec, Inc. From the very first point of contact for a requested estimate in May 2025 to the completed project in October 2025, (time span due to my travel)I had nothing but the utmost professional, respectful and honest experience with this company. In this day and age, it is rare to find this kind of quality service and customer service. There are so many details to share about my experience that it is hard to list them and hard to believe what a seamless project this turned out to be...from HOA, to city and county documents, to the crews that work through rain and shine, details of cleanup and quality in both workmanship and quality materials, you can trust Affordable Rooftec, Inc. My sincere thanks - particularly to Ian..he represents the best in representing a company that truly upholds old fashioned values, honesty and pride in what they offer their customers. I called the office left a message for an estimate, it took 2 weeks for a lady to call me back to take my information then another week for one of the owners to call to tell me he will be going to my home, he told me to text him my email and i did as soon as i got off the phone with him. On 6/17 I saw on my camera he went to my home, here we are July 4th still no estimate, I check my inbox and spam several times per day and nothing. If anyone is in need of a new roof, your best bet is to call other companies DON'T CALL THIS ONE, they will take forever to get back to you

Affordable Rooftec Inc redid our roof on our home and it has been alot 1 year since they did the roof and never had one issue. They are far with price and do outstanding work. I have lived in the home since it was new in 1997, the roof was still good but it was time for a new one ( insurance) being in the construction field, thy are alot of hack roofing companies out there. Affordable Rooftec Inc is not own of them. Great family owned business, honest, great work, you wont have to worry about issues with your roof when choosing Affordable RoofTec

Best roofing company around. Had a commercial building roof done by them, my house and my parents house. Never had any issues and have never needed to call them to come back for any reason. My sister has also used them.
