AKVM did a great job replacing our concrete tile roof, quick and clean without surprises. AKVM got the job done in 5 days. I noticed a six inch tear in one of the overhead Lanai screen panels when they were cleaning up on Friday afternoon. I pointed out the tear to the super and 90 minutes later a guy from a screen company pulled up in the drive and the panel was replaced 30 minutes later. First class all the way. Compared to a couple of my neighbors whose jobs lasted 3 to 4 weeks, AKVM is a hero.

Our experience with AKVM Roofing was very satisfying. We made the decision at the end of 2025 to replace our 20 year old shingled roof.
