We really enjoyed working with Brandon. He was very good at helping us through the process of getting our new roof. From selecting our shingles, helping us with getting HOA approval and even scheduling the roof installation. He was organized and great with communication and follow-up. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend Davis Roofing and Restoration.

Davis Roofing demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout our nearly two-year roofing project, during which we navigated negotiations with our insurance provider. Our initial contact with Brandon from Davis Roofing occurred while they were working on a neighboring property; upon noticing the tarps on our roof, Brandon introduced himself and provided us with an estimate upon our request. He followed up periodically to check in on our progress and readily supplied roofing samples to assist us as we considered various options pending resolution with our insurance company. When the time arrived to begin the roofing project, we collaborated with a designer to select new roofing and exterior paint colors. The design incorporated a custom-colored drip edge not typically available through Davis Roofing. Nevertheless, Davis Roofing exceeded expectations by sourcing the exact color we required. We are extremely pleased with the finished roof and the custom drip edge, which complements our new exterior paint (last two photos). During the roofing project, all contractors were extremely respectful from start to finish. Beginning on day 1, the crew carefully placed plywood in the front yard to protect the grass from the tires of the truck and lift that hoisted the pallets to the roof. After they left, we couldn’t even tell they’d been there! Then, the installation crew thoroughly cleaned our property at the end of each day, including sweeping the area surrounding the house with a magnet to get loose nails out of the grass and driveway. Because of this, we were able to move our cars back into the garage at night, without fear of puncturing a tire (or a foot). Lastly, as a non-Spanish-speaking person, I appreciate that the supervisor who was on-site with the crew was bilingual, so I could communicate and ask questions while they were here. We had other similarly priced bids with reputable companies but our experience with Brandon and Davis Roofing beforehand is why we ultimately selected Davis Roofing. The smooth installation process and great-looking roof confirmed that decision. We highly recommend Davis Roofing.

Davis Roofing impressed us at the very start. We spoke with Jathan who knew we needed to get our roof repairs done by a certain date for a new owner, and for a fair price. He was able to have Sergio at our home within 2 days. Sergio did amazing work (fixed a competitor’s work) and you could tell Sergio had great work ethics. He was at our house early and didn’t leave until late in day making sure it was done correctly. Thank you Sergio and Jathan for giving us peace of mind! We definitely recommend Davis Roofing!!

I have to say that Davis Roofing is the best roofing company I have ever worked with. They are excellent communicators and straightforward on pricing. I think they completely did our roof in like 2 days... it was insane. Also, Jathan is absolutely amazing. So happy I found them.

Jathan and the crew did a great job replacing the roof at my home a few years ago. When I needed a new roof for a rental property, I reached out to Davis Roofing again. Brandon served as the estimator and project manager for this project, and once again, I was impressed by the attention to detail and quality workmanship.
