Alesch Contracting

We were ready to purchase a fixer-upper at the beach and had three contractors come out to talk about the process of a full gut and remodel: Seth from Meyer’s Custom homes and Tom from Tom Trout. Both gentlemen were enthusiastic, knowledgeable, professional, helpful with the process and spent a long time with us. They talked about a ball-park figure for the scope of work that needed to be done. When Ted from Alesch came out, we immediately got the feeling that he didn’t even want to be there. The experience became soured. He spent all of 15 minutes with us and explained he had another appointment. He mentioned that he would send a proposal. We never heard back from him again. No proposal! I guess our project wasn’t big enough to make it worth his while. Totally disappointed!

We did a teardown and custom home build with Alesch in Atlantic Beach. We were very pleased with the design work, the overall process and the finished product which was even slightly ahead of schedule and on or close to budget. The quality of the work was exceptional and I cannot say enough good things about the Alesch team including Ted himself along with Amy and David. It's clear that there is a very good culture there that's focused on the customer, good quality work, responsiveness, and transparency. This culture starts at the top with Ted and everyone on his team was a pleasure to deal with. The subs were very competent and even the neighbors commented how clean and tidy the site was during the build. Needless to say we have no hesitation in recommending Alesch.

We had a house fire and the entire house had to be gutted. It was a very trying experience for us. The Alesch team helped us get through this tragedy. They were professional and talented and made our house look even better than what it was before. We really appreciate all that they did for us. Definitely recommend them for any job you have.
