This company deserves nothing less than ten stars. I converted an attached carport into a garage. From the start of the project with Nate to the construction of the garage and completion with Floyd was exemplary. Any questions or concerns were addressed within hours. The workers: demolition, masonry, electrical, garage door installer, and painters were all professional and polite. I couldn't be happier with how the garage turned out and the service I received from this company. I would highly recommend them!

We chose All-In for a very substantial home renovation. Replaced all floors, kitchen demolition and remodel, 3 bathrooms demolished and renovated, replaced all electrical fixtures and installed additional ones, painted entire interior including ceilings and doors, painted exterior too. WE LOVE IT! I whole-heartedly and enthusiastically recommend All-In. They are a qualified and quality general contractor with strong connections in the construction industry in central Florida. They are not the cheapest, so if you are looking for a Cadillac but are only willing to pay for a beat-up-bangermobile then they aren’t the company for you. 500 stars! All-In came highly recommended by a top realtor in town and had great Google reviews. I never thought they'd call back so soon - within 24 hours, just a couple of weeks after Hurricane Ian in October 2022. The house was gutted at that point, walls cut to the studs. It took many months to see insurance money and Nate was so patient and knowledgeable, I felt instantly calmer when he came out to assess. My project manager was wonderfully responsive and had electricians, plumbers and carpenters at the house exactly when he said he would. Each one of them was polite, respectful of my property and went over and above - even offering help and advice on things I may have to contend with in the future. And, when I do decide to have more done, (because there is always more to do with a house!) they will be my only call. Thank you Nate, Rex, Tom, Frank, Alex and everyone at All-In Construction!

All-In Construction has been a wonderful company to work with. In planning to move into our house in Winter Park, FL, we decided to undertake major renovations. These included a total kitchen remodel, all new floors, new trim, ceiling updates, paint throughout the house, floor plan leveling, new doors, new lighting, and more. A huge project that seemed more daunting as we had to contract for the work from our home in Tallahassee. We researched several contractors and decided on All-In. We were not disappointed by a long shot and the experience has been amazingly smooth and painless. Kenny, the owner, and Mike, the project manager were accessible, honest, professional, and efficient. Most of all though, it was clear that they cared for us as customers and truly wanted us to have the best experience possible. This is further shown in their frequent photo updates of the work in progress so we could see exactly how things were going, even from 250 miles away. Also, their experts who came in to do the work were incredible. We met several and all to a person were knowledgeable, friendly, and highly skilled. True expert craftsmen! Finally, the administrative interface through the Builder Trend app made payments smooth and seamless. Special thanks to Penny in the front office for getting everything set up for us. All in Construction did an amazing job on my house!! The quality of the work was beyond my expectations and they were great to work with throughout the process! I had the kitchen, both bathrooms and the laundry room remodeled. Additionally that involved replacing the roof, moving and replacing the HVAC system as well as replacing and upgrading the electrical service. The main reason I chose All in construction was because of my early interactions with Kenny Padgett. I met with him well before I was ready to start and he took the time to make sure I understood the tradeoffs in specific decisions and worked for creative solutions to get what I wanted without going over the top. He helped level set me as I planned what I wanted. When I later came back for full estimation he walked me through all the details and worked to ensure all the planning was clear and fair. Other GC's I talked to seemed to try to push me around or were vague and unresponsive about price and approach. Kenny placed trust, responsiveness and fairness first. At the start of the work my project was handed over to Mike Van Der Werken for day to day execution. Throughout the project he continued to live up to the companies approach of being fair and creative. Any project of this scale, on a house of this age will run into unexpected issues, such as rotted beams from a very old leak. Mike was always clear and worked with me to ensure costs were understood, fair and managed. He worked with me to find solutions that worked for me and never skimped on quality. I was not flipping the house, I wanted it done right and to last. The fact is I did not have the patience, time, knowledge or connections to run this project myself. I regularly was  surprised by some detail which All In took just took care of or pre coordinated, that I would not have thought about or would have had be an unplanned expense. All in Construction gave me the expertise and oversight I needed for such an interwoven project, they were always responsive, always fair and always clear.
