All Pro Roofing was fabulous. We had a leak in our garage through the roof. Jason tools lots of pictures, listened to our concerns, and explained their process. His team was professional, courteous, and meticulous with the clean up. Once completed we could not tell the difference between the old roof and the new repair (which included new shingles). We highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs.

All pro roofing did a good job on the roof but what a nightmare we’re having now. The job was done in one to two days but I’m sorry to say that all pro roofing is not as great as I thought. After the roof was done they fail to tell me what was really happening underneath the gutters when it was removed. NOT ONCE DID THEY EVER TOLD ME THAT THE BACK FASCIA BOARD THAT GOES BEHIND THE GUTTERS OF THE HOUSE WASN’T GOOD. SO THEY REPLACED THE GUTTERS WITHOUT FIXING THAT BACJK FACSI BOARD. THEY DIDN’T EVEN GIVE US THE OPTION TO TELL US WHAT WAS GOING ON AND LET US THE HOME OWNERS TO HAVE A CHOICE TO GET IT FIXED. THEY FIX THE ROOF WITH REPLACING SOME 2x4’s and an extra board and they didn’t tell us about it but charged us anyways. We paid. Now they are wanting us to sign off on a project that they should have fix from the beginning. Now there claiming that for them to come out and fix that back fascia board they want us to pay them $650 more out of OUR pockets to fix something that SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE PROJECT & NOT TRY TO STICK US WITH THE PROBLEM THEY CREATED from the beginning they where up on that roof. It makes NO sense having a beautiful roof and doing a half a— job being very noticeable. I’ve tried to no end with them and all I’ve been getting is sign the paper work so the roofers can get paid that to me is said how roofers or workers get away from doing the right job. My lesson on this situation is never do a review until the WHOLE PROJECT IS FULLY DONE cause there’s always a way to cut corners and that’s what they did was CUT CORNERS! Pictures on the roof is already showing look at the cutting corners they did on a house. Now you guys tell me who’s responsible to get this done without no cost to the homeowners. Simply little thing that could have been fix from the VERY BEGINNING Is turning out to be a total nightmare. You tell me is this something you want to happen to you? Look good at the pictures. We will never recommend AllPro roofing cause they make everything look good but they tried to hide the big fascia board by saying all you need to do is clean it with Clorox bleach and it will get clean just fine. That to me is poor customer service.

Update: We have only stellar things to say about All Pro Roofing and Construction. We have used them for two major projects. Initially they replaced all our windows with new impact-resistant windows and because of the superb first effort and excellent pricing, we selected them for a follow-on contract to replace our roof. Both jobs were very cost-competitive in comparison to other estimates and superbly executed. From the initial inspection to the final home space and yard clean up, their processes have four very notable features. In both jobs they offer both well-known and very high-quality products. In hindsight it is easy to call attention to the professionalism in both knowledge and behavior of their teams. That applied to both the management and the workmen. In parallel to that was the friendly personal involvement. One might expect such friendliness from the Sales and Management personnel, but the workmen were always accessible for answering questions, providing clarifications in a personal and friendly manner that made us feel as if meeting our needs was their only task. We felt like we were their most important client. The third thing that we would like to pass on is that it was clear that from design to implementation everybody was in complete sync. The window job included three custom made large arch windows and 17 windows in total. Our roof is not the smallest in our neighborhood, and they completed that whole job in one day. We were expecting this to be a two-day job. The thing we conclude with is that this company and their people earned our accolades, and we say that “these were jobs were much more than well done!” As the owner and recipient of these fabulous new windows the whole process was amazing. Our objective was hurricane impact windows, sound reduction and enhanced energy efficiency for our home. The Simington product meets those needs. All Pro as a company was a delight to work with. Three things impressed me. First was that at every stage of the process they provided all the information we could ever need and answered all questions. Second, were very hands on in providing demonstrations of the windows product up front; then both an advance walk around to tell us about what to expect during the the installation process, and then periodic reviews during the installation to see the quality of the work that goes into the actual installation. The third thing is the clean up, final the inspection, hands on every new window to both ensure operation as promised and to demonstrate the full capabilities of the installed windows. I would highly recommend both the company and the product to anybody who asks.

We are as happy as a clam with the job Jason and his team did! Everything was clearly explained to us so we knew what was going on throughout the whole process. Our insurance covered our new roof and we were thrilled to have All Pro Roofing help us out! Couldn’t be happier with how it looks! And more than anything, I appreciated how excellent their clean up was when they were done!
