We recently completed a full exterior renovation of our building, and we could not be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and detail-oriented. They handled everything from the structural work to finishes with care and precision, and the final product looks clean, modern, and extremely well built. The crew showed up when they said they would, kept the job site organized, and addressed questions or changes quickly and honestly. This project completely transformed the look of our business, and we’ve already received compliments from customers and vendors. If you’re looking for a contractor who does quality work and stands behind it, we highly recommend them. — Thor Trailers

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would! I hired this company to reroof my house. While doing so, they busted a water main in my attic with a roofing nail. This flooded my sunroom. They tried to fix the leak by putting a purple sealant on the hole. Two days later, the water started leaking again even worse. The sunroom flooded again, but this time, my renters were not home to catch the leak and turn off the water. Everything in the sunroom was soaked, including the floor, ceiling and attic. I called All Trades once again and asked them to go over to my house to see the damage. . They didn't answer my calls, texts or email. When I pleaded with them by text to update me (I live 2 hours away from the house and rent it out) they told me to call a plumber twice. I called a plumber and he immediately went to my house and fixed the leak. It was Memorial Day weekend, so they charged $506. I didn't give it much thought since I knew that the roofing company would be responsible for the plumbing bill since they caused the leak, they had made the leak worse by fixing the leak the first time and they are the ones that told me to call a plumber. I emailed them the plumbing bill and pictures of the damage to house. I also emailed pictures of the trash that they left all over my yard. Trash in trees, roofing nails on the ground and old shingles strewn about. They told me that they WERE NOT paying the plumbing bill or for any of the damage because the water main was too close to roof. My house had been inspected several times and it always passed inspection and everything was up to code. Plus, they had tried to fix it right after putting a hole in the pipe and made things worse. They also told me to call the plumber. They did say that they would come back and pick up their trash in my yard. When they returned to my house, the renters told them to make sure and shut the gate when they leave since they had 2 dogs. The roofing company neglected to shut the gate and my renters 13 year old dog got out and was found by a neighbor wandering the streets. I have called everyone including the county commissioner, BBB, my insurance company and EVERYONE says that All Trades is responsible for the damage and plumbing bill. My next step is to contact my lawyer,, but I wanted to make people aware of how awful this company is and warn them not to use All Trades Roofing and Construction! They really do not care about customer satisfaction and that is sad!

We couldn’t be happier with our new metal roof! From the initial consultation to the final inspection, All Trades Roofing was professional, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. The crew arrived on time, kept the worksite clean as possible, and completed the job faster than expected. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship is outstanding. Our home looks fantastic, and we’ve already noticed a difference in temperature control and noise reduction. If you're considering a metal roof, we highly recommend All Trades Roofing —they made the entire process stress-free and delivered top-notch results!

Absolute horrible company they were hired by my leasing company. The lack of communication from this company is absurd. I tried calling them about 100 times never received a call back. They were hired to come inspect my roof because there’s a crack in my ceiling from what looks like to be water penetration, they did not even go into the attic on the first trip out here nor did they call me when theywere here they proceed to come out today again no phone call when asked ahead of time and all they proceeded to do was put a black caulking around the pipe penetrations on my roof and didn’t even seel them properly around the pipes as well as putting a few dabs of that black stuff under some shingles as well let alone none of these areas were even near where i was noticing the crack in the ceiling, I highly suggest to not ever use this company!

I should preface this by saying I am new to the area and currently renting while we find a place we "love" - so I did not hire this company directly. They did a good job on the roof and soffit repair. Showed up with a properly sized crew (a day later than we were told, but that happens), and didn't work crazy late (we have had roofers in the area still firing nails at 8 and 9pm and I just find it annoying, go home, enjoy your families). My gripe is, the cleanup was pretty sub par. My pool is unusable until my pool guy gets here. And of course it's mid 80s all week and my kids are not happy about it. I had pieces of broken/old soffit I needed to pick up myself, my trash cans were moved for soffit repair into my neighbor's yard (an Airbnb) and left there. My satellite dish was removed and then just left dangling (we don't use satellite TV, but they never asked that). I had a milk crate I use to transport propane for my BBQ and I found that in my backyard under a soffit, apparently they ran out of ladders and needed a boost. I keep a bucket in my side yard for random yard work, with a 15 lbs tow ring on top (as it gets pretty windy here and the bucket likes to blow away). I found the bucket where it belongs but the tow ring/hook was laying 20' away in my neighbor's yard (I guess they wanted to test their shotput ability??). All in all, they were in and out in 2 days and the work looks decent. However I am a general Superintendent on large commercial and residential projects and daily cleanup is my pet peeve. I should not have to clean up after my trades on my site and wasn't thrilled about walking my own yard on a Friday afternoon cleaning up.
