All Weather Roofing

I had a great experience with All Weather Roofing and their employees. I had to patiently wait for my turn after Hurricane Milton but May came and it was my turn, they worked hard and seemed like a great crew each knowing what their role was and getting along. We had our drop down ceiling come down and I guess that can be expected in a mobile home. Their customer service is awesome and I couldn't be me happy with the outcome. I feel more secure in my home and from what I can see, I'm sure it will hold up well. Would definitely recommend them!

We are extremely happy with the service that we received from AllWeather Roofing. The gentleman who quoted the job was thorough in explaining the details of the job. The quote was a lot but it is hurricane standard and should withstand all FL has to give it! The job was brought forward in the queue and they called us to let us decide if we wanted to get it done earlier than anticipated. The answer was definitely yes! We had a concern after the job was done and Morgan came out the very next day to check it for us and assured us that all was normal for a flat roof. That’s all we needed to hear. We couldn’t be happier with the excellent service that was provided. Everything was professional and timely.

I am not happy with the job that All Weather Roofing did. They broke through the living room ceiling and just shrugged their shoulders . Said they are not responsible for any damages! It was gross negligence on their part! My mom is 86 and looks like she is living in a shack now. They also removed her TV antenna off the roof and trashed it. Now she has no regular TV. She only watched one channel! What is insurance for? I do not recommend this company.

So this review was initially a 2/5 due to no response on some concerns I list below - after the below review was posted All Weather called me about 40 minutes later to respond to concerns and sent the service manager Josh out (who is awesome) the NEXT DAY and addressed all my concerns - happy with results 2nd set of pics show full metal strips added to TPO flashing which I believe will better hold flashing down in high winds. THE INITIAL REVIEW: The sales experience is wonderful - friendly attentive, however during the actual install I had some concerns and all of a sudden salesman referred me to "corporate" and attitude changed. Install crew foreman was NOT friendly - probably didn't appreciate me asking questions during entire install process and when I questioned why they were screwing down the TPO flashing over my metal lanai amd carport with just a screw and not a metal plate they stated "that's just how they do it" and I replied "without a metal strip holding TPO material down instead of just a screw how can that possibly not rip under high winds" ? Reply was that how we do it. Other concerns include when they screw down the foam board over the ridge they should have used more washer anchors because you can see the seam to the next foam board is higher and trying to come up (lifting). Also material is "baggy" in spots because it wasn't pulled tight before being screwed to the perimeter - all concerning As I look through my neighborhood there are multiple homes done with that 1 screw down flashing process and their vinyl is now "flapping" I even asked they just drop off those metal strips (they use to screw down perimeter of TPO) and I'd do that myself and I HAVE GOTTEN ZERO RESPONSE. They did send someone out for what I thought was to address my concerns (who stunk of pot) and he did nothing and said he was just an installer but inferred that what I was requesting would an additional cost AFTER PAYING $10,000 !!!!! No freakin way ... A side note: last year this same company quoted us $7200 for the roof job with the only difference being I added roofing over my back 12'x18' back lanai - what an increase ... A well run business that cares about customer service would as least call the customer back with a response rather than a NO response - very disappointing. Time will tell if this flashing and actual roof will hold up but I should have gotten estimates from other companies and I'd urge others to do Bottom line I would recommend All Weather Roofing

Our roof was in bad condition so we called All Weather Roofing for an quoted on total replacement plus adding our carport and lanai roof. They showed up nice and early and started immediately. Ripped off old roof and insulation plus gutters. New insulation, roof and new gutters. Looks GREAT. We're very happy. Highly recommend the company. We also had two solar tubes (think skylights sort of)Installed one in our foyer and one in the very dark laundry room. What a difference they make. Love it. Keep thinking I left a light on.
