All Star Restoration dried our home from a water leak under our kitchen. They brought in large dryers and machines to pull water out because we had hardwood floors. The machines were in our home for 21 days from beginning to end, and our electric bill shot up to over $700 for just one part of a month. They insisted that we had to have special drying since it was hardwood, and the average temperature in our home was over 85 degrees every day in August due to their machines. It turns out that wasn't necessary at all, and they covered their tail by only reporting the machines being in the house 8 days to the insurance company. Colby told us that the insurance usually only covers 7 days so that is how they wrote the estimate charging our insurance company over $10,000 in total. They were nice enough, but they are not honest or trustworthy. They lied to us and to our insurance company. We have paid them for their services, but we will never use them or recommend them to anyone. Call someone else!
