American Discount Aluminum rebuilt our pool cage when the old one was crushed under the weight of snow and ice during the Great Tallahasse Freeze in January 2025. Many dozens of pool cages were destroyed in our neighborhood during the storm. Dirk’s company, American Discount, was highly recommended to us by our remodeling contractor and the recommendation was well deserved. Dirk came out for the estimate and we were impressed by his professionalism and his quote was very reasonable. We signed on. When the crew came out to install the new screen, it proceeded like clockwork. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The job required 3 full days and at the end, they produced a very beautiful and well built structure. Finally, they thoroughly cleaned up the construction debris and left. All in all, a great experience. Finding great contractors in Tallahassee can be hit or miss. This company is excellent. Highly recommended!

Dirk was fantastic to work with. He came out to give an estimate and gave me plenty of heads up that it would be about 6 months before they could get to our screened-in porch. They arrived on time; completed the job on time; and cleanup was great! There is a reason Dirk and his company are in high demand. ADA is one of the most competitive in price and without doubt the best in quality. Dirk and team spent 4 days at our home constructing our pool enclosure to perfection. This team was a pleasure to be around, they are highly professional, and exhibit a culture of caring for each other and taking great pride in every step. This is the second screen enclosure ADA constructed for us over the years and they are five star! If you’re concerned about contractors standing behind their product…I had a leaking gutter two years after my first enclosure, Dirk answered the phone and said, no problem, I’ll be out to reseal it at no cost. What a phenomenal family owned business!

We had a pool enclosure added to the back of the house (attached to the house and over the pool). We received estimates a year ago and didn't proceed because they were more than we were prepared to pay. American Discount Aluminum's estimate came in at less than we'd previously been quoted and they gave us so much more. The design is fabulous and the construction went flawlessly.
