If you are researching a company to replace your roof: STOP - you have found them! Before I retired, I was a Quality Engineer (U.S. and Europe) - so I know quality work and customer service when I see it. Shane and Tristen are THE examples of what great customer service should be. The entire crew was awesome to watch - these folks are PROs who function more like a Swiss watch (think Rolex here). The team kept us ultra informed and went out of their way to ensure we were happy. I threw them many curveballs during the project - they never broke a sweat! I picked this company after watching them do one neighbor's roof (a real picky engineer - who they managed to keep very happy), and then they did my next-door neighbor's roof (a perfectionist) - same result. I also found them to be very cost competitive as well. Rare to find a company who delivers at such a high standard in work, customer service, and price. You get what you pay for.

What a pleasure it was to work with Tyler and his crew. We put on a specialized new roof type called Brava and they did an absolutely beautiful job. Tyler took all our calls and responded immediately. He personally came to our property multiple times to make sure the job was done perfectly. As you can see with our roof, we have a lot of peaks and some. They replaced all our copper done area and made it look beautiful. Would recommend this company to anyone in need of a new roof. Taylor was amazing and handled all of the payment and follow up and was also very responsive and great to work with. Loved the entire crew. Thank you for a beautiful well done roof!

Our condo association had a fantastic experience with Florida specialty. We are a multi family, 12 unit commercial condominium that needed a complete roof replacement; both TPO and metal. Cody, the owner and Tristan were phenomenal to work with. The communication was exceptional and the workmanship was top notch! This project went smoothly and with excellent oversight. Tristan, who was on site every day , educated our residents as the project progressed, and we all really loved and respected Tristan.

I would highly recommend this company. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it at the price I was quoted. I can’t ask for more… They were all good guys working on my job and were never bothered to stop and answer questions. I never want to work on this roof again, and that is why I spent extra money on Brava tile. It was extremely important to get a high quality roofing company to do the instillation or it would have been a wast of a lot of money.

From even before they started to the completion of the roof job, this company was amazing in installing a new metal roof on our entire condominium complex (a commercial multifamily project). Very efficient and had the man power to do the work in a timely manner. The foreman, Tristan, was on site every day, gave updates throughout the process and handled even the slightest of issues with very impressive knowledge/expertise and professionalism. He had a tremendous amount of patience and respect for our residents and even fixed some of the issues himself. The whole team of roofers were very polite, friendly and worked so hard every day. I would highly recommend this roofing company.
