Had Tim from Amherst Roofing out to inspect our roof and was surprised by what he found. The home is only 2 years old, yet there were multiple cracked roof tiles, slipped tiles, and areas where the mortar needed repair. Tim was thorough and provided detailed photos of every issue. I had 5 roofing companies give me an estimate for a roofing repair., sealing vents and replacing cracked roof tiles. I was told by one company that I needed an entire new roof. The fluctuations between what each company told me was needed and the prices were astonishing. Amhurst's estimate was not the least expensive, nor the most expensive but comparing it to the others, it was obvious even to a guy like me who knows very little about roofs, that what they were proposing to do made the most sense. The process from start to finish including payment methods laid out by Brittany and Tim at Amhurst was crystal clear. The work crew showed up on time and went right to work. They were courteous, professional and friendly. One year after the work was completed, I had an independent inspection done on the roof. The inspection findings were all favorable. Amhurst did a great job. What could have been a difficult and tedious repair turned out better than I could have hoped for. I highly recommend Amhurst, great people to work with and great results on their service. What more can you ask for.
