When they install a new roof they offer a lifetime warranty. But if you sell the house the warranty is only transferable for 10 years from the original Install date. So do not promise your buyer that they will have a transferable warranty because they don't unless they're in that timeframe. Feels like a lifetime warranty is a lifetime warranty. But the warranty obviously goes with the original buyer and not with the roof.

Has been a very difficult process. Salesman was great in help my mother decide her choices of window and siding Windows we're install in July 2025, and siding was install very poorly shortly after. As of October there were still repairs to be done to siding, and construction material and garbage still on site. In November they came and repaired siding and January they came to fix a clip broken on one of the windows during installation. The window were never sealed on the inside and an ant issue has resulted. Unfortunately AMS is not a company to follow up and finish jobs. It has been dragging for over a year since we placed the order and would never use them again.

AMS did my roof over and the installers were friendly and efficient. Eddie and his coworker were pleasant and seemed very capable and proficient. Eddie has great people skills and made me feel as if I was his only job, even though I knew he was juggling more than my roof. I was very pleased with their professionalism and commitment to do the job correctly. Will definitely recommend AMS roofing to others.

Had our roof replaced after the Hurricane. Leo and Eddy were amazing. They were professional and hardworking. They never stopped until the job was done and made sure before they left that everything was cleaned up. Highly recommend this company.

I call and call talk to them about the leak.. no all i get is.. we'll get to it.. we'll now the ceiling is starting to Crack.. they don't stand up to their warranty. Terrible company
