Anchor Roofing Services

After being highly recommended I went ahead and met with John (who was responsive at the time) and scheduled my roof replacement. The work was done primarily by John's son, but he kept me up to date on progress, etc. HOWEVER, I never again saw or spoke to John. NOW, months later I STILL have not had a call back from John or anyone else with Anchor Roofing and my ROOF STILL NEEDS TO BE INSPECTED. This is something that was part of the cost of the roof. A wind mitigation was also supposed to be done (included in the cost), but because my homeowner's insurance was set to renew I had to have this done and PAY FOR IT OUT OF POCKET. The permit on my roof (which I have a copy of) is valid until 4/1/2026 and I have to have the roof inspected by a 3rd party before then. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH how upsetting and disappointing it is that I am now going to have to pay out of pocket AGAIN. I HAVE TRIED every # I can find and they are all out of service. NO RESPONSE to my texts. NO RESPONSE to my emails. If you happen to be able to reach them, I recommend you DON'T USE THEM.

John had great communication with me and sent his son out to look at my leaking roof. Declan came over and assessed the damage and was able to get the damage repaired and fixed so there was no further leaking. It was a pleasure speaking to both of them. The service was excellent and I will for sure mention them to everyone who needs their services. For sure worth giving them a call:)
