The business was passed to Bill's sons Tom and Bob Palmer in the mid-1960s, and is now carried on by Bob's son, Andrew Palmer, who has over 27 years of personal involvement in the industry. Serving Dade County for both residential and commercial clients, Andrew Palmer Roofing offers new roofs, re-roofing, repairs, maintenance, tile, shingle, metal, built-up flat systems, and waterproof coatings. The company holds GAF Master Elite contractor status, is A+ rated by the Better Business Bureau, and is a member of the Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Association (FRSA). A pleasent voice on the phone and accurate with details. The whole team was instumental in overseeing the roof replacement to meet HOA standards in a timely manner, which helped us to keep our homeowners insurance!
