Arc development is a huge joke!!! I know that theres one leDhite guy that works for arc development but the rest are all mexicans that have no social they all get paid personal checks but the white guy is getting company checks with tax deduction!!!! The so called millionaire randolph is a jerk that doesn't know what he's doing osha shut him down do to too many hazards lol if osha was to come in now randolph would be shut down and the mexicans would scatter like roaches and every local news station would be on site ps shut this so called illegal operation down its unsafe to work without the proper safety education truly one BIG HAZARD

It's best to stay away from these people; they're the most unprofessional and dishonest in the world. I had to sue them through my lawyer for charging me for permits to replace the roof of my property in Coral Gables and then refusing to refund the money after breaching the 30-day contract. They changed the name of the company that issued the check, ARC & Associates, and deposited it into this new one the day after I negotiated with my lawyer. Scammers. In the end, they paid!
