I can't say enough positive things about Sam and Doral both of them were on the project daily and handled everything with class. Arcon mobilized and communicated the exact dates and times we could expect deliveries, cranes and inspections. As a Property Manager these types of projects can be a challenge. I hired Arkon Roofing through my general contractor as part of my home remodel, and they installed a brand new roof on my home. Within the first year, I experienced a major leak from the chimney into my master closet, which caused damage to my bathroom ceiling. Arkon came back multiple times over more than a year, claiming to have fixed the issue, but the leak continued. Now that I am just past the warranty, the exact same problem has resurfaced. Instead of standing behind their work, Arkon is asking me to pay additional fees to repair what should have been done correctly in the first place. A brand new roof should not have these kinds of problems, and I am disappointed with both the quality of the work and the lack of accountability. I would strongly caution anyone considering using Arkon Roofing to think twice. I will now be hiring a new roofer and paying them to fix the problem that has existed as well as hiring drywall to make repairs to bathroom.
