Armor Roofing Company

I had a localized roof leak on the bottom corner of an addition. I contacted multiple contractors who posed as roofers but were general contractors who subcontracted the work. All wanted large amounts of money and recommended an extreme approach at great expense. I found Armor Roofing on the BBB website and contacted them. I talked with the owner, Steve, who sent out his repair specialist, Lenny. During his initial visit, Lenny fixed the problem with some tar without replacing any shingles. Lenny inspected my roof thoroughly and sealed multiple nails that were potential future problems. Lenny also found two of my vent pipes needing repair that posed a future water damage problem. He came back on Saturday during the Labor Day weekend and repaired the pipes including rodent covering that is screen not shown in the photos. Lenny did a quality job in a reasonable time for a very fair price. He also provided before-and-after photos. I highly recommend this reputable company. Now I am ready for rain!

I was extremely pleased when my roof was replaced during 2024 and gave 5 stars on the BBB site. The roof is still in great shape. Now, 2026, I have mixed feelings about this company. I called to see if they can remove the small skylight (approximately 2 x 2) they installed and move the bathroom vent from my atrium. I wanted to make sure the job is completed properly and that my roof remains in tact. It appears they only want big jobs. They told me there is only 12 screws and it can be thrown out. Gave me a song and dance about business in today’s environment, insurance cost, etc. There could be structural issues, etc. This is not a major structural issue, it’s a 2x2 area. They didn’t even come out and assess what was needed. Very disappointing!! I’m sure they made a good profit when they replaced my roof. Sometimes you take the small jobs to keep your customers and hope for referrals. Update: you are mistaken sir. 1. I was not expecting the work to be done for free. 2. I have a 5 year labor warranty and an additional manufactures warranty for the shingles. I was concerned that it would negatively impact me if I had additional work done and that’s why I thought it would better to work with you directly instead of someone else. 3. You could have come out to do an assessment before I gave you my contractors information. I felt like you were dismissing me and was about to be raked over the coals. PS my roof is less than 2 years old.

My experience with Armor Roofing was stellar. I had a very particular problem and Steve and Felipe solved it without any issues! I would most highly recommend this company - it's simply great!

All was great with roof no surprises done on time This was the lowest quote with the best company could not be happier. Had 4 skylights replaced also with remote shade on two of them.

Armor Roofing did two of our neighbors roofs. I called them to come give us a quote. Nick came out and my husband was so impressed with him. He was very professional and respectful. Needless to say we hired them! Nick was very good with communication either by phone call or text. Workers arrived on time and were very good. Cleaned up after they were finished and Nick followed up on all this. Don’t hesitate to call them..you won’t regret it!!
