Arrow Roofing Services recently wrapped up our new roof replacement. Right from the get go, I knew this business was going to be well run as Trenton brought in a whole team for the initial visit for training purposes; this showed they want their team to know the process before being thrown into the fire. Trenton and his team put together a complete package that gave us a feeling of luxury and peace-of-mind to address ventilation and workmanship concerns. The team tackled a large job and pulled a 14-hour day, working hard from 7:30am to 9:30pm. Even when unforeseen issues arose as they dug into the project, Trenton and the team were swift to brainstorm and communicate to do the job properly. Outside of how much we love our new roof, the best thing that Arrow Roofing Services did was their communication and validation of you as a client. I could always reach out to the team to address a concern or get clarification. Thank you for a great experience!

I just had my roof replaced, and I was surprisingly happy with the whole experience! Caleb from start to finish was a gentleman, professional, and very approachable throughout the process. Also, Trent in sales was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough with every detail of the process. Tim, the project manager, kept everything running smoothly and professionally. They also were quite competitive in their offer without compromising their work quality. I would highly recommend them without any concern or reservation.

Where do I even start…. Corbin and Caleb are truly a beam of sunshine, I’ve never met anyone like them. The information they provided and the experience they gave me was outstanding. NO! I would not hire this company, especially Trenton, the sales person that don't know anything. He said it's safer to walk on the ridge cap while he was inspecting the roof, and now 55 feet of vented ridge cap is ruined (flated) by him by walking on it. I seen him do it and said something to him. Did he do this on purpose? Does he know better? Did he do it to get work, or take advantage of the elderly? I don't why he did it,, but he needs to fix it right away or we'll settle this dispute in court!! Additionally, Trenton couldn't even price the repair by estimating the square footage or ballparking the cost. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!

Anthony and crew were absolutely amazing. What a wonderful job they did. They were very professional and courteous. They did a great job cleaning up. Communication is the next level. He kept me informed of all that’s going on. And in end I have an amazing roof!!!!
