About
Artisian Roofing is a Florida-licensed roofing contractor based in Dover, holding state certified roofing contractor license CCC1336311. The license is qualified by William Anthony Smith, who also owns and manages the connected Dover business Artisian Construction Development, which has served the greater Tampa Bay area since 2000. Through that operation, the roofing side of the business handles roof repair, roof replacement and new roof installation for residential and commercial properties, addressing issues such as leaks, punctures, worn or missing shingles, pooling water and storm damage. The company lists service coverage across dozens of Tampa Bay area communities, from Dover and Tampa to Brandon, Riverview, Valrico, Plant City, Lutz and Wesley Chapel. It advertises free quotes by phone and standard weekday business hours. The CCC1336311 roofing license itself was first issued in 2025, while the qualifier's broader Hillsborough County contracting business has operated for roughly a quarter century.
