I have personally used ARUBA. 4-5 times for my homeowners. They are extremely knowledgeable and a one stop shop. No need to find contractors after you find out what’s up with permit. They do it all. I have yet to call them and them not be able to help. I highly suggest them, they will make your life so much easier.
