We received damage to our roof from Hurricane Milton. The process was so easy. Two days after I called Aspen, Matt came out and took a look at the damage. He sent a report to our insurance company and even met our insurance adjuster at the house. With two weeks we had our new roof. The guys working on the roof were very polite and cleaned up everything before they left. We are so pleased how well aspen worked with slide insurance and how quickly they moved into action. Thank you so much.

HORRIBLE! From start to finish it was a complete nightmare. They caused a significant amount of new damage as they “repaired” current damage from Hurricane Milton. They let new water damage occur due to not covering the roof as they worked and rain water seeped in through the walls and roof causing the skylight to fall out of the ceiling as well as significant water damage throughout the front half of the house. They attempted to fix the interior damage and even that needed to be re-textured/painted/etc several times until it was acceptable (not back to normal, just acceptable) Manatee County,FL team. Wouldn’t even recommend to my worst enemy.

Do to lack of communication & misunderstanding , current situation we are working, looking forward to resolving. I will say this because It's true Aspen I would definitely recommend to anyone they are very helpful and fast working, very professional and clean. Based on my experience this company also care about there customers. Very considerate very patient they completed our entire roof in 3 days they did such an outstanding job didn't leave a nail behind. after 6 yrs of struggling with multiple damages to our roof . What can I say other we totally recommend Aspen contracting. They were expedient on starting to re-roof our home. The work was excellent, and to Top it off Danilo and Wendy our Project Consultants were second to none, very responsive and respectful, they are the main reason I’m recommending to our neighbors. Aspen roofing definitely has our stamp of approval.
