Mario responded immediately and came out the next day. He inspected our roof and noted areas that needed repair as well as areas that needed to be monitored going forward. We already had another quote and while they both noted the same areas Mario was much more realistic in what required immediate attention and what was normal aging that would last a few more years. Additionally, his price to repair was much more reasonable. He completed the work the same week and did an excellent job. I highly recommend!

This particular location keeps calling me Roto Call asking me if I need a roof. I have repeatedly asked them not to call me at all, but they continue to do it. My roof is only three years old. I do not need an inspection. I do not need this person to call me again, so I rate them the most terrible company in the world because who calls people to get business. These are the people that are willing to lie to your homeowners insurance in order to get roofing contracts it’s a shame and then they think they’re doing the homeowner a favor so the homeowners are putting five stars for them. They shouldn’t get five stars. They should get two at minimum for attempting to put roofs over peoples houses that may not even need them. It’s a shame. We all wonder why our homeowners insurance is so expensive. It’s because people like this exist.

After catching a roof leak on a Sunday afternoon, I called for service on Monday morning. Mario came out that same day to provide a repair quote. He came back the following week to complete the repair and resolving the issue. I was impressed with the urgency shown to address my concerns and complete service. I would definitely use them again.
