I could not have been more pleased with the purchase and installation of my new Mitsubishi Mini-split unit. EVERYONE I was involved with was pleasant, professional, and skilled. Matt suggested a unit that was best for my application and quoted an excellent price! Tukker began the installation and was very personable; with Matt joining him to help finish it up in just a few hours. And Jenna in the office is the perfect face of a business as she communicates well and is passionate about serving her customers. I would HIGHLY recommend B-Cool!

Needed a spilt unit for an upstairs loft as well as some work done on another unit. Matt came out to do the estimate and was professional and efficient. Then Dave and Dillon arrives and did the work on the other unit and again, incredibly quick and professional. Not long after that, Tucker and Bryce came out and that’s when the real magic happened. They installed a split unit in an upstairs loft that had been SO hot and miserable. They were so incredibly thorough, efficient and patient with my many questions. When they were through, the unit looked and worked great and their work was precise and clean. I actually took pictures and sent to the people who had heard me complaining the heat in the loft! lol I would be remiss if I didn’t mentioned the ladies in the office, Jenna, Gigi and Jennifer. Very efficient and went the extra mile addressing all my concerns. I’d give B Cool 100 stars if I could! Honest, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable- they’re the real deal!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received with B-cool air. They are not only professional, but prepared to share with the client every step of the process. Austin was phenomenal! He answered all the question my husband and I had. They’re probably the most reasonably priced AC service company, and they leave only when the client is fully satisfied with the service. B-Cool installed this high efficiency inverter system. They showed up when they said they would. Did an amazing job and explained everything before they left. Blake did an amazing install and then when I had some questions Dylan & David did some fine tuning to make everything perfect. Great company.
