Batchelor's

I would highly recommend Batchelor roofing. They are a solid trustworthy company. My roof is beautiful. They have a foreman overseeing their crew - and is very responsive to quality control. The permit and inspection took place very quickly. They stand by their work and if any thing needs to be adjusted, they are reliable to see it through at no charge. That is the kind of contractor you want to have working for you, I am pleased to say.

If you are looking for a company that won't return phone calls, won't close permits with the county, won't accept accountability when they make mistakes, sub out work to people who cannot communicate...this is your roofing company. An added special treat will be when the sub contractors come to your house looking for payment because they are unable to make contact with this abhorrent excuse for a company.

Our roof was put on 5 years ago, roof has leaked around dormers since. They have come out twice and each time blame it on the dormers. The home was built in '96, never had leaks until they came and replaced the roof. They will not fix their problem!!! Submitting our complaint to Better Business Bureau! This company is the worst!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Shoddy work, impossible to get a return phone call to repair their work and they STILL haven't closed their permit from the install over 5 years ago!!! Do not use these folks!!!!

This company has great installers. My roof was stripped and installed in two days total time. However, the issues are as follows: Hard to get information on schedule, Receptionist knows nothing, Nails were left laying around yard and driveway (yes, got a flat), when the refuse container was removed they did not clean up all the debris left behind, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, they forgot to close the PERMIT with the county 5 months later I can't sell my house. Maybe I expect more from a company, but no complaints about the Roof, just clean up and lack of communication and not closing out the permit in a timely fashion, which we had to call them to close. Yes, I would use them again, but make sure they follow through on the clean up details.
