Batterbee Roofing

After having a dozen or so roofing companies knock on my door telling me I needed a new roof we decided to move ahead and have it replaced. I used to work in the Villages and have seen many roofing jobs going on. The company I saw most represented was Batterbee. We decided to call them for an estimate since they were the only company that did not come to my door soliciting the job. Within a couple of days I was contacted by Jeremiah Delgado their sales representative who immediately impressed us, a true gentleman well spoken, no pressure. He answered all our questions, explained the services and materials to be used. Installation was scheduled for roughly 10 days out and the crew showed up earlier than expected and did an awesome job of covering the whole house and shrubbery to protect from any damage and immediately got to work. Along with the installation crew was the job forman Travis, a clean cut, knowledgeable, and well spoken professional who answered all of our questions and even answered questions we didn’t know we had. He kept us in the loop all through the process as to what was going on. At completion of the install the clean up was amazing. Grandpa used to say “always buy quality and you’ll never be disappointed “. He was so right. You can probably find someone to do it cheaper but these guys are on another level. Thank you Batterbee And especially Travis and his crew.

I met J.Delgado at a Home Show, very friendly. He had solar lighting which I was interested in, and some information on. He explained how they put them in and said he would have look at what I needed, so made an appointment. Well they came out and put one in, the installer was also nice and neat. Nothing on the floor as he cut the hole and then put it up! As you can see I finally have light in the room all day and do not have to turn any light onto see. First time that I have posted a review..but words can't express how happy and pleased I am withj our experience..Our site supervisor Matt and the crew were amazing. Kept us informed about every step. Can't believe they were in and out in two days..then Brownings Aluminum came to replace guttering to complete the install. Another professional job with a great team. We got estimates from several companies and Batterbee out performed them all in all respects.

We recently sold our home and needed minor repairs done before the buyers could close on the home. We had a very short window of time to get everything done and Batterbee was able to get someone out to the house very quickly and do a great job fixing everything and documenting the entire process so that the buyer's inspector could sign off on everything. Every employee I interacted with seemed genuine, caring, and helpful. We're thankful Batterbee did such a great job, I'll be using them if I ever need repairs on the roof for my new home.

The team did an excellent job on our roof. The arrived on time. They worked diligently. They completed the work as promised. The end product looks great. Highly recommend. Travis went out is his way to make sure our expectations were met and that we were happy with the result. Thank you Batterbee team.
