Beasley Roofing is a family owned business with over 33 years of experience in the business all over Western Florida and finished my new roof yesterday due to insurance requirements and did a fabulous job which was beyond my expectation. They were on time, cleaned up everything and made sure that everything was right on the money. I could not be happier the new black roof they put on my house and highly recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of new roof or roof repair and did it in a very timely fashion. Very courteous Workman and Greg and Sue Beasley we're on site the whole time making sure everything was just done perfectly. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. They also did my next door neighbor's house a year ago and he's over the moon about the job they did on his. AAAA+++++

I am selling my house and during the home inspection some roofing issues were found. Beasley Roofing was so quick to respond by getting me on the schedule and getting the work completed with more photos than the inspector asked for. They are so professional and so understanding that I had a short window to get the work done. I'm so happy that I called this company for my time crunch roofing needs. It was a huge stress relief for me. I'm very satisfied with my experience, service and cost. Beasley is the only roofing company I would trust/use for any future roofing work.

Beasley Roofing is currently replacing the roofs of villas in the Twelve Oaks of Tara Condo Association 2. They showed up at our building today without any prior notice. I spoke with the crew supervisor, who agreed to communicate with me throughout the process. It turns out that the condo board had sent an email on Friday, February 28, stating that the crew would begin work on our building's roof on February 15 to the owner of our unit. As a result, we were not notified and not expecting them to start this morning. There have been several issues with the experience so far. Today, the Beasley crew removed our skylight without any warning. The unit owners were unaware this would happen, especially since the skylight had been replaced just last year. The hole was covered only by a layer of underlayment and left without being sealed. Our interior temperature has already increased by 10 degrees, and the crew is shutting down for the night. It appears they do not plan to close or seal the hole. Additionally, we have found a number of empty water bottles scattered throughout the bushes around our property (see attached picture). On a positive note, Day 1 ended with the Beasley crew blowing leaves off our lanai (see photo). This area of the unit has damage from Milton that has yet to be repaired by the homeowners. Unfortunately, the Beasley crew did not inform us before cleaning the lanai, and they had to pop the lock to enter since the lanai door was locked. We only realized they were inside when the security cameras were activated. If they had asked, we would have gladly unlocked the door for them. On Day 2, the Beasley crew again had to jimmy the lock on our lanai to clean it (see photo with person in shorts). While we appreciate their efforts in removing the debris, it is surprising to see them resort to forced entry. All they needed to do was ask, and we would have willingly unlocked the door for them. Day 3 was cut short due to rain. Unfortunately, the skylight has still not been replaced, which allowed some water to enter our unit. While it wasn’t a large amount, we were grateful to be here to clean it up. The unit next door is unoccupied, and the owner may face a mess when he returns, as his skylight is also being replaced. We discovered that an exterior outlet was left open after the Beasley Roofing crew departed on Day 4 (see attached photo). It seems they were using the outlet for power. As with the lanai, this would have been acceptable if we had been consulted before they used the plug. On Day 5, which was a Friday, the roofing crew left without cleaning up. My wife discovered debris and nails on our front entry walkway (see attached photo). This was surprising to us, as they had carefully cleaned around our unit on the previous days with the exception of the water bottles mentioned above. Days 6 and 7 of the project went smoothly, and it seems the crew finished their work on Day 8. They reinstalled the skylight, but now we’re experiencing a problem. Our previous skylight was well-sealed, but we can now hear cars passing on the road behind us as if we had an open window. This level of noise is unprecedented for us, as we've lived in the villa for ten years without experiencing this issue. Overall, the work has been completed as expected, but it seems that this project is taking longer than anticipated. Our neighbors have informed us that the HOA has indicated the delays are due to permitting issues with the county. Beasley began work in our community on December 2 and has not completed five buildings in four months. At this rate, the community expects the project to take six months in total. For context, our villa community consists of three HOAs, each with the same number of buildings. All buildings across the three HOAs have identical floor plans. The adjoining HOA hired Chappelle Roofing, which managed to complete all of its buildings in just five days. In contrast, it will take Beasley five to six months to finish an equal amount of buildings in our HOA.

After Hurricane Milton, they repaired several roofs on my street. Good communication, fair price, and quality work. Highly recommend!.

Greg and his team installed a new roof on our home. He has a good size team so it went pretty quick. I had quite a few deck boards that needed to be replaced and Greg gave me a discount on them because there were so many which he didn't have to. Great people to work with. I would highly recommend Greg and his team for any roofing issues you may have! 5 Stars and 2 Thumbs up!
