After having several neighbors recommend Big Lakes, we decided to give them the job and we are glad we did. They arrived promptly when scheduled and completed the job in less than a day. It came out awesome. Their price for the job was very fair. The staff installing it were very professional. Kelly and Heather kept us in the loop before, during and after the job. We highly recommend their services.
Big Lake did a really great job replacing our roof. The crew was exceptional in cleaning up after the work. The initial contract indicated the we would incur additional costs during the work but it turned out that the extra materials were not needed so cost was much less than expected. Great job and reasonable price.
I am very impressed with Heather. She is courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had an issue with an insurance company, and she handled it quickly for me. Such a pleasure to work with! I had a roof replaced last January on one dwelling and am due to have a roof installed on a second home soon.
