Bob & Jerry's Roofing

I had a fantastic experience with Bob. & Jerry's from beginning to end. My salesperson, Rashard Albert, was amazing. He made sure that I understood everything that was going to happen and was there through each step of the whole process. Anytime that I had questions, he was always available to answer and I felt very confident that the job was going to be done professionally. I also dealt with Daniel and Jason, who were always on the job each day that the roofing installation was happening. They always make sure to talk to me and to let me know exactly what was going to happen that day. They also made sure that everything was picked up from nails to asphalt sheets to any trash that may have been left in the yard. When they left, you could not tell that they had been there because they did an excellent job making sure that my yard was clean. I also had my gutters done by Bob & Jerry's. For the gutters, I dealt with Rkellio and he was amazing as well. It was just a outstanding experience to work with Bob and Jerry's and I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

I am writing this review about a year after installation because I wanted to give my opinion after everything was done. This company deserves all 5 stars. Shout out to Mitch Richards who was detailed, experienced, and knowledgeable! Every employee who I have talked to has been pleasant and does their job well. They are even up on the roof as I type this just checking to make sure that the roof is perfect months later. Most companies would just disappear after work is complete. You get what you pay for, but the crazy thing is that their price was more than reasonable. Definitely recommend them!

Mitch worked really hard to help me hit my deadlines. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office staff. They are such caring wonderful people. This is truly a family.

Second new roof I've had installed by this company. 1st one was 15 years ago, never had any damage. Got a new one last month for insurance purposes. Prompt quoting with options of shingles and extras, installation was done in a timely fashion.
