Nathan came over and gave us a very fair bid on a soffit repair that most companies don’t touch. It was done very fast and looks great. Thank you to Nathan and the guys at Keys Roofing! All the material was removed and the yard was left pristine.

Had a brief moment with the owner who on his way out. He took an interest and the time to let me look through his roofing tile stock to see if I could find something I needed and when I did he gifted it to me. Great personality, must be a pleasure to do business with him I'm sure!!!

They put a new roof on my house right before I purchased it. Five years later I contacted them and ask for some information on the metal use on the roof so that I could sample the water collected off the roof during rain events in my cistern to see what metal may be leaching from the roof. They were quick to respond and provided everything I need. Recently I got an inspection from my safe Fl home. The inspector claimed that we didn’t have secondary waterproofing on our roof (the inspection performed during purchase said we did) which would have caused an increase in insurance cost. I contacted the office and they provided me what I needed to correct the inspection. The inspection company just kept asking for more and more items. Keys Roofing continued to work with me until we were successful.

Prompt and professional. Called Keys Roofing they were out in a few days and had a reasonable quote to me with in a few days. It was a small job (2 days) and they were able to get it done with in our crazy schedule (wife works nights). Had one small issue but they were quick to come out and make it right.
