We don't live in Florida and needed a roof on a Florida home we just purchased. We got a recommendation for Bossler Roofing. We contacted Bossler Roofing and they came out and evaluated the job. Bossler Roofing handled all the paperwork and completed the job in the time frame as promised. We have been out to inspect the job and it is beautiful. We would recommend this company to anyone who wants a job well done. Thank you Bossler Roofing!

Our roof needed to be replaced after 29 years. Chris Bossler, family and workers performed an outstanding job, from the beginning to end. I have never seen a construction crew so professional, clean and nice. The roof is beautiful, strong and well built. If we should ever have a problem in the future we can count on them to take care of it. The price was great and any extra's were well in our budget. These guys are the best!

We lost our roof in Liesureville to IRMA !!! The insurance Company’s instructions were secure and resolve our roofing intrusion immediately. Well without funds and availability of contractors that is NOT an easy task. After contacting 5 local roofers Bossler Roofing setup a plan of action and a very fair Estimate. One company wanted $ 3.75 a mile to come out for an estimate. Bossler completed the job even with “ inclement weather” working under a temporary tarp covering workers and roof job. Very professionally run. Showed up on days scheduled to remove old roof and soon after new tiles were delivered. I found Chris Bossler to be very knowledgeable & dedicated to making sure the job got done right. Very high marks for their cleanup effort, as well.

We do not recommend Bossler Roofing. This company came highly recommended by neighbors, but our experience has been horrendous. Took 5 months to complete and we do not have final paperwork a month after. Customer service and communication is sorely lacking. Staff was defensive and rude during phone calls. It took three or more email messages to get a response. Originally we were told work would begin three months after signing the contract. When we contacted the office in January they were defensive and condescending stating work would not begin until March. Then we received a call at 5:00 PM on January 28th stating they would be removing our roof the next morning. After that took 30 days for tile delivery and another two weeks for them to complete the work. The only time this company contacted us was to demand payment, although all payments were made on time and in good faith. After work was completed we received a letter from Bossler's Tile Supplier threatening to place a lien on our home. After numerous email messages, Bossler promised to send a Waiver from the supplier. A month after completion, we still do not have final paperwork or the Waiver promised by Bossler Roofing in our contract. Update: Final paperwork was recieved after a complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau. Stay Away from the Company!!
