Our home after a previous substandard stucco repair prior to our purchase was requiring a much needed stucco repair and wall substructure repair plus painting. We contracted with DA Construction LLC for this work. Dan was our point of contact at DA Construction for professional support from start to finish. Since our home was in need of painting DA Construction with their great sub contractors enlisted a team of individuals that repaired the stucco ,sealed all our windows and provided an outstanding total repaint that we have been receiving daily compliments..... what an outstanding job! I appreciate David and all the staff who coordinated and provided oversight on our bathroom remodel. The employees and subcontractors were all professional, friendly, and had attention to detail. Every remodel has an unexpected item or two, and David and his team worked together with me to make sure that the result was satisfactory. The project was completed in the timeframe that was expected as well. We are very happy with our new bathroom and I can confidently recommend DA Construction to my friends and real estate customers!

We had an unbelievably beautiful shower remodel. David was superb to work with and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend this company just because of him. Selections were great and we kind of made ours very unique. I doubt that there is another shower as beautiful as ours. David made just about everything we wanted and asked for work out. Chris who did all the tile work was fantastic and extremely competent and professional. Everyone who works with the company were great. The company who does the glass and framing was also great and the finished product was phenomenal. Also Jennifer in the office was always friendly smiling and great to work with. I had received an estimate on replacing the canvas roof of my birdcage that I wasn't thrilled with and was leary to hire them. I informed a State Farm adjuster of the estimate and she referred me to DA Construction. In a couple of days, Dan Vancak arrived at my home to take a look. Dan was cordial, appeared honest and gave a sense of really caring about my situation. He said to give him a little time and he was sure he could find someone to help. About a week later, Dan and Cody from Sunshine Awnings met me at my house. As soon as I saw Cody, I expressed to them both that Cody was the same guy we called 2-3 months earlier who provided the initial estimate. Cody didn't remember but said he'd go back to his office and look it up. Shortly after that, I received another estimate that was for the same amount as the first estimate. I appreciated Dan's involvement because it proved to me that I could trust Sunshine Awning and eventually hired them. Without Dan's assistance, I'd still be searching for other awning companies.
