I’m all about customer service and this company deserves 5 stars. The young lady at the desk was very polite. Had two roofers out to my home under a hrs time. They located the problem fast (crack near ridge vent) repaired it immediately. The guys were very professional. No one tried to get over. Just honest people. All of my future needs will be served by them only. My friend even has an appointment scheduled with them today at 2pm.
Contracted with Cantonment Roofing, they came out measured my roof and gave me an estimate and a materials list as I was providing materials. They started the job, ran out of materials because they didn’t measure properly. My original material estimate was 35 squares, my original labor quote was $7800 and I ended up paying just over $11,000, plus the cost of the additional materials. My roof cost went from $15,500 to $21,500. I was in sales for 12 years and if I made a mistake on a quote, I had to honor my quote. There was no offer to split the additional labor or materials or any offer to help with the additional cost at all. I can not recommend them based on this alone.
