Juan and his crew at Carrillo Roofing are top notch! Despite a major hurricane, they were able to follow through with every timeline they committed to for us. Their crews worked quickly and cleanly to the point where they walked around with a magnet making sure they picked up all the nails they could from the job. Permits were pulled in a timely fashion and city passed all inspections allowing us to ensure our roof was done prior to homeowner insurance needing to be renewed. Without a good installation or with a failed inspection, we would not be able to obtain new insurance. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

I had my chimney repaired through Carillo Roofing. When I called for an estimate; they came out same day. The worker mentioned there may be a problem with our entire roof during the estimate. About a week went by and I had not received the estimate. I called to request this and got it same day with only the chimney repairs and nothing mentioned about the roof itself. I called right away to set something up and ask about the roof, but no answer. I only would receive responses if I emailed. I waited another week for someone to come out; and the worst part was no one called. I heard two people on my roof with no heads up. The workers left end of day and a few days later I received an invoice. I have contacted them to pay this invoice and no one has returned my call. Very unimpressed with the professionalism and communication. Unsure of the quality is any good; but it was the best price we could find.
