Headquartered in Sarasota, Florida, the company provides residential and commercial roofing services throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties. CBS Roofing offers roof installation, repair, replacement, inspection, and waterproofing solutions using materials from manufacturers including GAF, Owens Corning, Atlas, Tamko, CertainTeed, and Sunshine Metal Supply. The company holds the highest credentials as an applicator for the CertainTeed Corporation and performs thorough on-site roof assessments combined with satellite measurements before every project. CBS Roofing offers a 5-year workmanship warranty on most projects and an extended 8-year warranty on tile roof installations. 4 years ago we purchased an old farmhouse knowing the old shingle roof needed replacing. 3 years ago we had CBS Roofing replace the roof with a lifetime metal roof. Brent is a professional, a man of integrity, a Veteran. His crew were all polite and courteous the whole time they were working on our house. They uncovered unseen problems and repaired them without additional charge. The roof looks amazing and has withstood 3 massive hurricanes without issue. I’ve referred friends to CBS Roofing and they have all been equally impressed and appreciative of my introduction. The HIGHEST QUALITY, craftsmanship, work! They do it RIGHT, not fast. Brent and his team do an outstanding job. I have a new metal roof. He also follows up on his jobs. They came thru, removed the old roof, put the new one on and... cleaned up everything after the job. I will always refer CBS roofing.

CBS Roofing went out of their way to assist with a new roof for our clients. We are realtors with Premier Sotheby's International Realty and the home needed a new roof we were selling.
