We just had our roof replaced by Ellis in Edgewater. I could not say enough what a fantastic experience we had, from meeting Zack and starting the process, all the way through the final cleanup. John and Dave were at our house throughout the 2 days it took Louis and his crew to strip off the old and put down the new. It looks like we have a new home. We had Ellis roofing come and give an estimate on my garage roof a couple years ago. They were friendly and gave me a fair estimate. We chose them to do our roof. They arrived on time and finished it in a timely manner. Two years later I had a problem with my roof boot being ripped apart by squirrels and had them come to repair it for me. Well last week it happened again and Zak came out to look at the damage. He talked things over with his supervisor and they informed me it wasn't done properly last time and it will be fixed for free. Ellis had a repair person come and fix it the next week and they didn't charge me anything. This company is one of the few that actually do what they say they are going to do l. I would definitely use this company again, and I'll tell anyone that needs a roofing company to contact Ellis roofing.

I have been dealing with Zach and he has been amazing to work with he is very helpful. He explains everything any questions I’ve had. He’s been detailed and explained everything to me. He’s definitely helped me with the process of getting ready to put the roof on and I can’t say enough good things about Zach at Ellis roofing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a roof. They’re not the cheapest they’re not the most expensive but I always look at it as you get what you pay for and with Zach, I definitely feel they’re worth the money and that I will not have any worries with my roof. I always prefer the small more hometown feel where you’re not just a number and that’s exactly how I feel dealing with Zach I’m not just a number. I’m not just a check. I’m a person and that’s exactly how he’s treated me and he’s actually possibly going to be doing another roof for me so I highly recommend them to anybody looking to put a roof on their home and I don’t give these type of reviews easily like you definitely have to earn my trust and earn the five star rating through me and Ellis roofing and Zach have definitely done that .
