About

Cityside Roofing is a new-construction roofing contractor based in Tavares, Florida, founded in 2023 by Brandon Losik. Licensed in Florida under CCC1335106, the company focuses on roofing for residential tract and custom home builders across Central Florida, working with everything from large-scale national developers to smaller regional custom builders. Cityside Roofing installs shingle, tile, metal, and TPO roofing systems and offers both labor-only and full turnkey roofing services, including material sourcing, project management, and quality assurance inspections. Public building permit records show the company has worked on more than 700 roofing and construction permits, placing it among the higher-scoring licensed contractors in Florida by volume. Cityside Roofing operates primarily as a trade partner to builders rather than a direct-to-homeowner retail roofer, coordinating scheduling and installation through its own installer network across Lake, Orange, Marion, and Volusia counties.
