I hired Kyle Cheshire to completely gut a church and convert it to a dental office. He basically reconstructed the entire building from concrete block inside and out. Kyle went above and beyond to ensure that every step of the way was done correctly and made sense. He constantly corrected the Architect and interior designer and at times I wondered why I even hired the other people. Kyle is a wealth of knowledge and works tirelessly to ensure his projects are not only done correctly but also esthetically and functionally pleasing. Kyle also cares about the well being of his clients and will answer calls at all times of the day if needed. Kyle does a great job at setting expectations and frequently blows them out of the water. If you want your project done right and with someone you can trust with your business, you need to hire Kyle!!

Kyle and his team did a huge renovation of our business and have been so incredible to work with! My husband and I hired Kyle and his team to build a 10,000 square foot steel building for our screen printing business. Kyle was a wealth of knowledge and huge help before we ever officially accepted his bid for our project. Kyle was extremely patient with us as we worked through zoning changes, securing the SBA loan, and other pre-construction speed bumps. Once we officially broke ground, Kyle was in constant communication with us. I always joke that my husband talked to Kyle more than he talked to me on the phone for those 7 months. Kyle’s team always left the site spotless and were very professional. They had the challenge of navigating construction during a global pandemic, and managed to still keep a great schedule! We couldn’t be more pleased with our final product from Kyle and his team! We have gotten so many compliments on how beautiful of a building we have. I highly recommend Kyle Cheshire and Cheshire Construction and Development for commercial construction and design build projects. I began working with Kyle in 2018 after I had an idea for a new construction professional office in Haile Plantation. As an eye doctor, and someone who is known for being painfully specific, I had precise specifications for my clinic and all were met. From site plan approval to architectural design, to building delivery, Kyle Cheshire delivered. Throughout construction I noticed that everything was very efficient and “clean”. The building was completed well ahead of schedule with a level of quality higher than what I expected. The subcontractors all spoke highly of Kyle and it’s clear that he has a solid reputation in the North Central Florida region. When I was speaking with 2 different lenders, both were encouraging about the choice to use Cheshire. The building was on budget apart from some changes that I ordered myself. Whenever I ordered a change from the original plans, I always got the sense that Kyle’s mission was to make it happen. Local approvals will always slow projects down; I found that Kyle was very quick to make any adjustments as soon as something was held up; any revisions were done with a sense of urgency and resubmitted quickly. No time was wasted on his end during any process. Communication is key, and Kyle made himself available and responsive. Above all, the integrity that Kyle showed throughout the project makes me eager to recommend his services; he’s a genuine person and is willing to advocate for his clients and make sure that they are left with a quality product they will be proud of. Kyle can get along and work with anyone, a skill I hope to develop myself.
