I hired Coastal Improvement Corporation to remodel my circa 1980's kitchen. Edward Buchanan was my contact person, general contractor and a jack of all trades which was evident during the remodeling process. I gave him an idea of what I wanted my kitchen to look like and he was very helpful in making that vision a reality. He was invaluable when it came to assisting me in picking out cabinets, hardware, lighting, appliances, counter tops , back splash and paint. This would have been quite a daunting experience had it not been for Edward's knowledge and experience. Edward's work ethics were obvious in the way he took the time to make sure every aspect of the job was done correctly and to my satisfaction . When he had to use sub contractors for specific jobs, he made sure that they were professional and conscientious as evidenced by the final outcome. Miguel and his entire Coastal Improvements team are exceptional! Not only do they do high quality and beautiful work, but they demonstrate a positive demeanor and aim to please their clients! We had our roof done in 2013, and also a screen porch built on, Coastal Improvement didn't do the work on either project, although I wish they had. We have had a constant leaky screen room since the day it was built. The contractor came back 3 times and could not figure out where the leak was, the roofer came back 2 times checking , and could not find the leak. I called Coastal Improvement because I know of this company through where I work . They showed up that same day, and not only figured it out, but fixed the leak, and it hasn't leaked since. They were kind, and respectful, and honest. I cannot say enough about them, and how thankful we are..now we can enjoy our new porch. We highly recommend them.
