ABSOLUTELY the best experience ever. Clark and his Team are professional, priced fairly and offer incredible work quality. They just finished putting a new roof on our home and the entire process was painless and perfect. They began work 2 days after we signed the contract and the entire job was finished (including inspections and final sign off by the county) in about 10 days. There was no waiting months for them to get around to our job. Since we have pets and children, we were worried about nail debris, as often happens after a new roof is put on. But, they took extreme care during the entire job and even vacuumed (with a Billy Goat) the yard to ensure no straggler nails were left behind. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH to Clark and his Team!

Let me just say the owner the staff were amazing they really helped me, especially after other companies wanted to estimate my roof in 48 hours then carry out repair on my leak. My wife, twins and my daughter along with me thank you very much for the quick and professional service. The pricing was upfront and came in less than we spoke about on the phone without even seeing the job. I would recommend this company to anyone and would use them again. Keep up the good work a breath of fresh air.

This is a top notch company! Truly professional doing excellent work! I needed some roof repairs quickly and they came to my rescue and saved the day! Customer service is the best I've encountered from the first phone call to the follow up after the work was completed. I would use them again in a heart beat and highly recommend them!

I was a little scared at first of trying to find a roofing company that is good and reliable. I did some research and decided to go with Clark and his team. They did an excellent job not only replacing my roof but also fixing the truss that was broken in my attic. They finished right in time for one of our Florida tropical storms like he said they would and everything was fine. There was a small problem that occured while they were fixing the truss in my attic one of his workers accidentally stepped on a water line and it busted!! My garage and laundry room were flooded out. Clark went above and beyond to repair any damage that occured from that mishap. He called an experienced person over and see what he needed to do to make sure there was no water damge done. He fixed everything that was damaged to like brand new. Accidents do happen and luckily I had Clark and his team to make sure everything and anything was done to my satisfactory. I couldnt be happier with the job they did on my roof. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a new roof. Thanks Clark.

I am very reluctant to write this review and I was hoping not to. I do not like writing bad reviews because I know it can be awful for a company. But I have to in this case. Coconut Grove really let us down. We had an emergency leak a few months back and I hired them to fix it. They ended up doing a very large job - replacing a lot of the roof around the leak. After they were finished the job we found some other problems with the roof (unrelated to the leak) and decided to bite the bullet and get the entire roof done. We had three quotes - one of them being from Coconut Grove. But one other roofer who gave us a quote was thoroughly disgusted with the repair job that Coconut Grove had done. He told me that their finishing work was despicable and sloppy, the cement was left in big huge globs, and among other things, that there was literally a hole in the tiles where there was NO tile at all covering the roof - just black tar paper. He took pictures for me so I had proof. I emailed and phoned Coconut Grove - also sending them the pictures, and they sent an inspector from their office to take a look at it. After looking at it - they apologized and said they were going to do an inner investigation to determine what to do about the men who were involved in the job and they offered me this: If I had the roof redone by THEM - they agreed to take the $2,000 off the price. So, I could have gotten that $2,000 off had I used THEM for the job but problem is, their quote was the highest quote I had received and even with that 2,000 off they were still a little over my other quote from a company that was HIGHLY recommended to us by our neighbors (who we used and who we are SO happy with by the way - private message me for their name if you want) So we didnt use CG - partly because of their quote and MOSTLY because they had done such a bad job - how could we trust them? ... and after demanding that they give us a refund or a partial refund - with no luck in that regard, we parted company very very unhappy with them and their lack of respect for us and the completely inferior job they had made us PAY them for. My personal opinion at the time was that they should have given us a refund or a partial refund for a completely unsatisfactory job - that was proven to them by testimonials and pictures - and their own independent inspection. They should stand by their quality right? Why would we want to use them to do the entire roof when they had done such a bad job? I was going to leave it at that, write that $2,000 off as a loss, and not even write a review like I had threatened to do, but my fire was reignited when the company I hired to redo the roof got on the roof to fix it and they really went on and on about the horrible repairs that CG did. They told me - and not only did the owner tell me, but the actual 2 workers on the roof also told us independently - that the repairs were incomplete and completely shotty ... They repeated about the big hole that had been left with no tile on it at all. Long and short of it: This company did a bad job and then refused to do anything to make up for the crappy work - even though they admitted that their guys had done a bad job and offered us restitution had we used THEM. No way I was using them again after what I saw. I would warn anyone against using them. Not just because of the bad repair job - because that could have been a one off - who knows what the situation with those workers was - but mostly because I was not satisfied by the way they handled the situation. We had a totally 100% legitimate claim and pictures to back it up. A company like this should stand by their work and guarantee it. The least they should have done was to reimburse some part of that money to show that they screwed up and that they were sorry about that.
